You can just sit with it playing in the background.If your mind wanders, that’s fine.
That’s kind of the point. -
When your head feels busy.
When everything feels like too much.
When you don’t know what you need, just that you need a pause.Even five minutes counts.
No techniques.
No pressure to “clear your mind”.
This is just a quiet pocket in the day.
